On January 8,2019, Catherine M. Popina, beloved daughter to the late Stephen and Helena (nee Feluk) Popina, loving sister to Anna Coleman and her husband, James "Sonny", and Michael Popina and his wife, Patricia, dear aunt to Michael "Mikey" Popina, John Popina, Roy Coleman and Tracy Marie Coleman, also survived by 6 great nieces and nephews, loving relatives and friends.

Catherine was a member of St. Michael's Ladies Sodality. She had a passion for reading, painting and drawing. She and her family were active participants in The Relay for Life

FUNERAL HOME, 1901 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21231 on Friday, January 18,2019 from 5 to 8 p.m. with Panahyda Services at 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Michael's Ukrainian Catholic Church on Saturday, January 19,2019 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in St. Michael's Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery.
