On August 13, 2021, George W. Schindler dearest companion to the late Rosemarie Harrison (nee Vienna), beloved son to the late Frank and Margaret (nee Miller) Schindler, loving father to Terry Dutton (George) and step father to James Harrison, Kimberly Stella (Robert), Michael Harrison, Sharon Dobbs (Daniel), Tina Helm and David Harrison (Lori).  Grandfather to 4 grandchildren and 23 step grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 29 step great grandchildren. George was the youngest of 16 siblings who predeceased him. George is survived by numerous other loving family and friends.

Family and friends may gather at LILLY & ZEILER INC. FUNERAL HOME, 1901 Eastern Avenue/21231 on Wednesday, August 25,2021 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Interment to follow in Garrison Forest Veterans cemetery at 1:45 p.m.
