On August 31,2013, Howard W. Reel,Sr. a Purple Heart recipient who served as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army during WW II, beloved husband of Dorothy A. Reel (nee Holman), devoted father of Valerie L. Rubin and her husband Jeffrey, Howard W. Reel,Jr. and his wife Stephanie, also survived by 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Services and interment will take place in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
