James Wilburt Mugrage Jr., 73 of Essex, MD, passed away, April 18,2026. Born in Baltimore, Maryland. He was the son of Late, James W. Sr and Vilma Michelberger Mugrage. Survived by loving Wife, Mary Ewachiw Mugrage of 52 years. Loving Father of Melissa, Son in law Rudy, James III and Nicola. Grand Father of Nicolla, Kaylea, James IV, Connor and Ariel. Great Grand Father of Ivory.

He was a UAW retiree, who worked for General Motors for 35+ years. He was a loving Husband, dedicated Father and the best Provider. Our Father’s hobbies included An Outdoorsman, A Hunter and A Fisherman. He was a hardworking, honest man who loved his Family and he took great pride in that.

His wishes were to be cremated with No Funeral. A celebration of life will be held in the near future, date to be determined.

James Mugrage Jr. dearly loved his Lord and Savior. He also cherished his church family at Life Center, located at: 200 N South Marlyn Ave Essex MD 21221. Sr. Pastor, Scott Richardson.
