On February 15,2020, Jose Esteban Portillo Cedillos, beloved son to Marta Portillo, also survived by numerous brothers, sisters, relatives and friends.
Family and friends may gather at LILLY & ZEILER INC. FUNERAL HOME, 1901 Eastern Avenue/21231 on Thursday, February 20,2020 from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m.
