On October 24,2021, Michael Hecner, devoted husband to Eva (nee Macenko) Hecner, beloved father to Stephen Hecner and his wife, Jennifer, Theresa Norris and her husband, Allen, loving grandfather to Alicia Hecner, Erin Hecner, Daniel Norris and Michael Norris, brother-in-law to Anna Stryzak, also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Family and friends may gather at LILLY & ZEILER INC. FUNERAL HOME, 1901 Eastern Avenue/21231 on Wednesday, October 27th, from 2-9 p.m. with Panachida Services at 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Michael's Ukrainian Catholic Church on Thursday, October 28th, at 10 a.m. Interment to follow in St. Michael's Ukrainian Cemetery.
