Patricia Ann Dorn passed away peacefully in her home in Lewes, Delaware on July 21, 2015 after a brief illness. She was 74 years old. Pat, as she was known to family and friends, was born on October 10, 1940 in Baltimore, Maryland to Margaret Wilson and the late George Wilson. She attended Dundalk Senior High School. After graduation she began a career in office administration by working for Johns Hopkins Hospital and then GoodYear Tire and Rubber finishing her career as a Sales Manager in the Wholesale Truck Tire Division. She was married to Charles (Chuck) Dorn for 48 years and they had one son, David. When the family moved from Baltimore to Carroll County, Maryland Pat began her lifelong passion of collecting and selling antiques. Pat and Chuck also bought and restored a Victorian era home in Maryland and an 19th century farm house in Hanover, Pennsylvania before retiring in Lewes, Delaware in 2011. From there, Chuck and Pat traveled the country visiting historic areas and acquiring antiques. Pat also loved to garden, was an avid reader and loved anything Christmas. She leaves behind her loving husband Chuck and son David, daughter-in-law Susan, granddaughters Alexandra and Ava and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Pat's outgoing personality and friendship will be missed by all who knew her. A viewing for friends and family will be held at LILLY & ZEILER INC. FUNERAL HOME, 700 South Conkling St., Baltimore MD 21224 on Friday July 24th from 3 pm to 5 pm and 7pm to 9pm. Memorial services will be held at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 600 S. Conkling St Baltimore MD, on Monday July 27th at 11:30 am with internment to follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society in Patricia's name.
