On April 6,2021,Philomena Rose Scalia (nee Cucco), devoted wife to the late Joseph Anthony Scalia, beloved mother to Simon Scalia, M.D. and his wife Marina, Rosalia Scalia, Antoinette Tillman and her husband John, and Joseph Scalia, loving sister to Eleanor Stein and the late Frederick Cucco and Giovanna "Jennie" Scaffidi, also survived by 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, numerous other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held in St. Leo the Great Catholic Church on Monday, April 12,2021 from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Interment in Oak Lawn Cemetery.
