On October 14,2021, Raffaele Mariano Pecora, an avid Baltimore Orioles and Ravens fan. Raffaele worked at John's Hopkins as a respiratory therapist, and as an avid fan of horse racing, he worked at Pimlico racetrack. Raffaele was also a legendary pool shark.

Raffaele was devoted husband to Hazel E. Pecora (nee Spriggs), beloved father to Lauren Marie Wagner and her husband, Joseph, and Maria Elena Pecora-Miller and her husband, Joshua, loving grandfather to John Wagner. Also survived by numerous other loving relatives and friends.

Family and friends may gather at LILLY & ZEILER INC. FUNERAL HOME, 700 S. Conkling St./21224 (entrance on Foster Avenue) on Sunday, October 17,2021 from 3-6 p.m. A Prayer service will be held on Monday, October 18,2021  at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment to follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery. All visitors will be required to wear a mask when visiting with the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the American Cancer Society in Raffaele's name.
