On Sunday, March 1,2026, RAYMOND LEE PHILLIPS, JR., devoted husband to Cindy (nee Cook) Phillips, beloved father to Tabatha Farley (Charles), Theresa Phillips and Raymond Phillips, III (Jessica), loving grandfather to Bryanna Farley, Charles Farley, Jr., Kristen Sanders, Bruce Monroe, Jr., Kaylynn Phillips, Sophia Phillips and Ava Phillips, great grandfather to Bennett Dunlap, Crew Luciano and Gianna Luciano. Raymond is also survived by his siblings: Warren A. Phillips, Norman Phillips, Sr. and the late Linda Dillow.
