On January 30,2017, Robert Henry Niebuhr, a former polygraph examiner with the Baltimore City Police Department, devoted husband of the late Marilyn G. Niebuhr and Cynthia A. McCullough, beloved father of Bryan Niebuhr and his wife Diane, Kevin Niebuhr, Jeff Niebuhr and his wife Jeannie, Scott Niebuhr and Kyle Niebuhr, dear grandfather of Andrew, Sara, Yanni, Kiki, Andrea, James, Bryan, Megan, Erin and Casey Niebuhr, great grandfather of Erianna and Kamryn Niebuhr. Funeral Services are private. Interment to take place in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
