On December 13,2016, Rosa Imelda Costilla de Alba, beloved mother of Beatrice Costilla, loving daughter of Cirilo and Manuela Costilla, also survived by loving relatives and friends. Family and friends may gather at St. Patrick's Church on Tuesday, December 13,2016 from 5- 8p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial is to follow. Further services and interment are private.
