On February 17,2016, Rosa Celina Pelaez-Portillo, loving wife of Fidel Tigra, also survived by loving relatives and friends. Family and friends may gather at LILLY & ZEILER INC. FUNERAL HOME, 1901 Eastern Ave./21231 on Wednesday, March 2,2016, from 5-9 p.m. where prayer services will be held at 8 p.m. Further services and interment will take place in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
