On September 5,2013, Samuel L. Oxendine, beloved son of Rose Oxendine (nee Barton) and the late Welch Oxendine, dear brother of Jimmy Oxendine and Linda Bromery. A Memorial Service to honor Samuel's life will be held at the East Baltimore Church of God, 800 Oldham Street,Baltimore,MD 21224 on Saturday, September 14,2013 at 10 a.m.
