Sandra Lou (nee Frederick) passed away on October 15,2022 after battling with her health for many years. She was born on May 8,1960 in Baltimore,MD and was the daughter of Kenneth and Margaret (nee Sunderland) Frederick. She was a loving mother and survived by 5 children: Dawn (Frederick) Vaden, James Frederick, Carl Miller, Christina Frederick and partner, Joseph, Stephanie Frederick and partner, Douglas, 5 Grandchildren: Vernon Vaden, Tyler Vaden and partner, Aaya, Desiree Eilers, Dominic Frederick, and Nathan Bollack, Jr. She is also survived by her sister, Shirley Lipscomb, nieces, nephews and many other loving relatives and friends. Additionally, Sandra was preceded by her parents, her sister, Bonnie Wood, and her grandson, Kyler Flanary. Sandra was deeply loved by many and will be forever in our hearts.
