On September 27,2013, Wilma Chavis, beloved mother of Carrie Burris, Albert and Reva Locklear, also survived by loving relatives and friends. Family and friends may gather at LILLY & ZEILER INC. FUNERAL HOME, 1901 Eastern Avenue,Baltimore,Maryland 21231 on Thursday, October 3,2013 from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Further services will be held at Broadway Baptist Church, 211 S. Broadway on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment private.
