Bro. Raphael Rock,C.Ss.R.

Brother Raphael Rock, C.Ss.R., a member of the Redemptorist Community of the Saint John Neumann Residence, Timonium, Maryland, died on October 13, 2023, at the age of 91.  Born and baptized as 'William Charles' in 1932, Brother Raphael professed his first vows as a Redemptorist on March 15, 1950 in Ephrata, PA.  He is predeceased by his parents, William and Beatrice, and his sister, Beatrice Landman.  Brother Raphael is survived by his nieces Barbara Bittinger and Jean Landry, his nephew Jim McCarthy, and several grandnieces  and grandnephews. Funeral services will take place at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Highlandtown on Monday, October 23, with a viewing and visitation from 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM followed by the Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM.  Burial will follow at Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery.
