Jenkins (Julie) and the late Scott M. Jenkins, dear mother-in-law to Pam Jenkins, loving grandmother to Louis E. Jenkins,III, Kelly Marie Blackburn, Shannen Michele Krug, Rachel Caitlyn Crane, Douglas Wade Scheeler, Sean Triplett, Kristy Jenkins, Jesse Jenkins and Jillian Jenkins, dear sister to the late Bette Manning.

Family and friends may gather at LILLY & ZEILER INC. FUNERAL HOME, 1901 Eastern Avenue/21231 on Tuesday, October 24,2023 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at which time a Prayer Service will begin. Interment to follow in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
