Roberta M. McDonald, 89, died Spetember 1,2008 in Virginia Beach, Va., where she had spent the last 2 years of her life living with her daughter and son-in-law. Roberta and her late husband, Bernard F. McDonald, Sr. were the proud parents of Rosemary Gaither, Bernard F. McDonald, Jr. and Robert L. McDonald. Roberta was also the cherished grandmother to 7 and great-grandmother to 6. She got great pleasure in watching her grandchildren grow and spending time with her family. Roberta was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Goldie Moran, and her beloved sister, Rose Marie Robins.
