William “Bill” Everett Walters, devoted son of the late Arthur W. Walters, III and Lorraine E. Walters (nee Elliott) was born July 23, 1954 in Baltimore, Maryland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church on Saturday, September 12,2020 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow in Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery.
